My name is Paula Barker. I have been a Realtor in the Lorain, Cuyahoga, Medina area for 10 years. Because of my background as a computer analyst and the recent evolution of the real
estate industry into the technology of today, I have stepped into the mentoring role for new agents, helping them navigate the fast paced world of dot-loop contracts. It gives me great satisfaction to help family, friends, neighbors and others that I meet in
the course of business to find the most important asset they will ever own; their HOME.
One of my most important realizations while handling my first real estate deals was
understanding the emotion and attachment that buyers and sellers have invested in purchasing,
owning and then choosing to sell a home. While acknowledging the difficulties buyers and
sellers may have in making these decisions, I realized my most important job
is helping buyers and sellers discover their motivations, establishing their goals and
implementing the marketing plan that makes it all happen.
