About David Nick
My wife and I purchased a home in Pioneer Ridge in North Ridgeville 13 years ago after moving here from the Cincinnati area. I am starting my 18th year as a licensed real estate sales agent, the first ten years of which was spent buying, selling, and leasing real estate in the greater Cincinnati metropolitan area. With Russell Real Estate Services, I intend to concentrate on home transactions (specializing in 55+ real estate) in the greater Cleveland/Lorain County metropolitan area. I have served in an official capacity at the Del Webb Pioneer Ridge development in North Ridgeville.
Most of my working career has been in the real estate industry in one capacity or another. Prior to being a licensed agent, I had extensive experience in various positions of real estate management responsibility with national and regional corporations. I served as Vice President of Retail Property Sales with a Cincinnati commercial property development company and as the owner of Chase Consulting. I was employed for seventeen years by Macy's Corporation, in their corporate real estate department, implementing their new store expansion programs (Bloomingdales) and asset utilization program through the disposition of under utilized corporate properties. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University.
