Our team is proudly led by Janet Beane, a highly respected Realtor and industry leader who has served as President of the Lorain County Association of Realtors (LOCAR) twice, and Vice President twice as well. Her leadership and deep-rooted knowledge of the local market have helped countless families navigate their real estate journeys with confidence.

Working alongside her is her daughter, Stephanie Beane, a licensed Realtor, team administrator, and the in-house professional photographer behind every stunning listing we bring to market. With over 5 years of experience in real estate photography, Stephanie ensures every home is captured beautifully and marketed to shine from day one.

Elizabeth Citro, Realtor brings a strong background in real estate along with a passion for helping clients feel confident and informed throughout the buying and selling process. A licensed real estate agent for seven years, Elizabeth has nearly 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, giving her a deep understanding of both the big picture and the important details that make transactions successful. She believes that buying or selling a home should never feel overwhelming and works closely with her clients to provide clear guidance, honest advice, and steady support from start to finish.

Also supporting our efforts is Bill McCallister, Realtor and valued team member, bringing an added layer of service and availability to our clients. He has a strong background in construction he can easily spot any descrepancies.  He aims to empower you with the best knowledge and information so you can make an informed decision and feel confident in your purchase. 

David Kukucka, is a life-long resident of Lorain County, being born and raised in Elyria. A graduate of Elyria Catholic High School and received an associate degree from Lorain County Community College and a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from Baldwin Wallace University. He has always wanted to work with and help people which was one of the reasons he served the City of Amherst as a councilman and as the City Auditor for a combined 22 years. It was that desire to help people that also led him into the real estate field. He truly enjoys helping people find that perfect home or help them market and sell their current home. David feels that being present for his clients is what helps them overcome that apprehension of making one of the largest financial decisions of their life.

Aaron Bell, Realtor is a lifelong Lorain County resident who brings a strong work ethic and deep community roots to his real estate career. As a U.S. Postal Carrier in Amherst, Aaron is known for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to serving others—qualities he now brings to his clients every day.  Aaron is passionate about helping first-time home buyers and families achieve the American dream of homeownership.
