With over 29 years of experience in banking, mortgage lending, title services, and customer relations, Victoria brings a well-rounded financial and real estate background to every client interaction. She began her career with KeyBank, where she spent nearly eight years in various customer service roles, building a strong foundation in client care and financial services. She then continued her career with FirstMerit Bank and FirstMerit Title Agency, serving as a Customer Service Manager, Mortgage Loan Originator, and Escrow Officer over the course of more than 11 years.
Her extensive industry knowledge continued with experience as a Mortgage Loan Processor for JPMorgan Chase, followed by nearly a decade as a Controller for a title agency. This diverse background gives Victoria a unique understanding of the entire real estate transaction process from financing and title work to customer service and closing coordination.
